The night after the Freshman Dance in Fall 2002, four guys threw a smoke bomb into our kitchen at 4 AM or so, setting off our smoke detectors and forcing us and the Sigma Psis to evacuate. Since it made such a loud noise, Don managed to turn around quickly enough to see them and one of their faces as he turned around. He recognized the face as a member of Zeta Psi, but accidentally named the wrong one, Derek Lachut. So maybe Derek didn't smoke bomb the Delta Iota Kappa house. But is he a totally innocent guy? The evidence might suggest otherwise...
